Keys are sent only to this server via X-LLM-Key header on each request; they are never written to the server's disk or logs. The local Gemma 3 provider runs entirely on this machine (Ollama) and needs no key.

About BioSense

What this tool is — and what it is not

BioSense is a research screening tool. It turns a biological sample into a plain-English screening report, highlighting whether the sample shows a strong, weak, inconclusive, or no concerning signal.

Your privacy is central. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any identification number. When you save a report, we generate a Record ID and ask you to set a password. The report is encrypted on our server and only you can unlock it — not us. If you lose either the Record ID or the password, the record is unrecoverable.

What BioSense is not. It is not FDA-cleared, not CE-marked, and not a medical device. It does not diagnose any specific disease. A screening result is a signal that you may want to discuss with a qualified, licensed physician — nothing more. The operator accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of a BioSense report.

Your right to delete. You can permanently delete any saved report from the "My Reports" page using your Record ID and password. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
